- Inspect smoke detectors and carbon monoxide
- Run electrical test
- Check light bulbs & replace if necessary
- Furnace inspection and filter change
- Inspect and repair doors, tracks, hinges, windows, screens.
- Hang & install artwork and mirrors
- Repair any drywall cracks or holes (client to provide paint)
Outside
- Inspect & repair stairs, railings
- Check walkways & paths for clear operation
